The main construction content includes the expansion of two activated carbon production workshops for vehicles, one guano production workshop, one concentrated refining workshop, and corresponding auxiliary environmental protection projects. The main environmental issues during construction and operation include impacts on water, air, and noise environments. After appropriate environmental protection measures are taken, adverse impacts from project construction can be reduced.
