He Tianfeng, General Manager of Fujian Xinsen Carbon Industry Co., Ltd., along with Deputy General Manager Huang Zhiyong, Minister of Enterprise Management Huang Xiaoqin, and Manager of the Administrative Human Resources Department Zeng Yanhong, visited Foshan Aisan Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. on November 18, 2021. They exchanged opinions in a warm and friendly atmosphere with Mr. KONOHARA HIROKAZU, Executive Director of Aisan Group Japan, and Chairman of Foshan Aisan and Tianjin Aisan, Yang Hong, regarding the achievements since the establishment of their strategic cooperation and matters related to further expanding cooperation. The Xinsen team also visited the production management workshop of Foshan Aisan in groups and conducted group learning on topics such as visual management on-site, policy-based management, TPS management cases, change point management, safety production environmental protection measures, and employee position training systems.

 

Aisan China is a wholly-owned investment established by Toyota Motor Corporation to supply electronic control fuel injection systems, key automotive components such as filters and carbon canisters, engine cold water pipe shells, and other automotive parts for Toyota's factories in China. Since 2017, Xinsen Carbon Industry has been supplying high-end activated carbon products for Aisan China's carbon canister business, with supply volume increasing year by year. Currently, it is the only supplier in the Aisan China region.

 

The visit led by General Manager He Tianfeng included the Deputy General Manager in charge of production, the Manager of the Enterprise Management Department, the Manager of the Quality Control Department, the Manager of the Human Resources Department, the Director of Safety and Environmental Protection Science, and the team leaders from the production department. The purpose was to learn about Toyota's refined management model and on-site management experience and to exchange management insights in hopes of further improving the stability and consistency of Xinsen's products and service quality.

The company has entrusted an environmental assessment unit to complete the preparation of the "Environmental Impact Report (Draft for Public Consultation) for the Expansion Project of Activated Carbon Production by Fujian Xinsen Carbon Industry Co., Ltd."
