On June 12, 2010, Sun Chunlan, Secretary of the Fujian Provincial Committee, and Huang Xiaojing, Governor, led the provincial leadership team and the main leaders of the party and government from various cities in the province, along with heads of relevant provincial departments, to visit our company for inspection and guidance, accompanied throughout by the chairman of Xinsen Carbon Industry.
In the production workshop equipped with world-class activated carbon facilities, Secretary Sun listened to the chairman's report on our company's development history and future development plans. The secretary inquired carefully about our business status, channel expansion, product research and development, and fully affirmed our rapid growth process, technological strategic goals, and measures that play a prominent role in energy conservation, emission reduction, and environmental protection.
The chairman of Xinsen Carbon Industry stated that Xinsen Carbon Industry will continue to implement the high-quality activated carbon strategy and will establish a world-class base for automotive carbon and supercapacitor activated carbon. The products aim for high technological content, keeping pace with the technology of American and Japanese carbon industry giants, being internationally advanced and domestically leading. At the same time, a research and development base for new technologies and processes in carbon materials will be established to create a world-class air purification carbon production base.
